In the United States, where the spread of Corona 19 infection is taking place, gatherings of more than a certain number of people are prohibited in most regions. In the meantime, it was reported that the iOS app that appealed to the secret party was deleted from the App Store.
Vybe Together is an app with a secret party banned by Corona 19. The official site archive, which has already been deleted, has a catchphrase that breaks the social taboo to start a party. In this app, the organizer first sends a message that the party has started, so everyone who wants to attend must approve it, and the approved person receives the host address before 2 o’clock of the event.
Reportedly, the app has also suspended the official TikTok account that was suddenly deleted from the App Store. Vibe Together reportedly testified that thousands of applicants have requested access since the video was released on TikTok. Those who wish to use this app had to prove that they were not spies trying to report events by posting photos of their party on their Instagram account.
In the United States, parties with more than a certain number of people are almost banned, but it is not known why the app was approved for release. On its FAQ page, Vibe Together acknowledges the COVID-19 risk, but says it has designed it to promote small gatherings rather than big parties. Nevertheless, it is pointed out that the risk of spreading the infection to people who do not attend here is being pointed out when people who do not usually associate with each other gather.
It’s not clear how much this app has actually contributed to hosting illegal parties since its release. Immediately before the deletion, there were only 25 ratings on the App Store, but it is said that there were 1,000 followers on the Instagram account. In the future, Apple may pre-reject party promotion apps. Related information can be found here .
