When you roll the cursor… The ultimate trackball mouse?

A trackball mouse designed by a man named Jacek Fedoryński catches the eye. Usually trackball mice have a much larger support for stabilizing the ball than regular mice. In contrast, the trackball designed this time does not require a pedestal.

The trackball is a 65mm diameter sphere with two 3D-printed hemispheres glued together with a string hanging for a smooth sphere as possible. Electronic components such as a 500mAh battery that can be wirelessly recharged using a custom dock, a Bluetooth chip, and a 3D gyroscope and accelerometer that detect movement and rotation of the ball are embedded in the ball.

It can be placed on a ball stand and rotated or rolled on a table. The upward direction can be set using a switch, and a power switch is also included. Related information can be found here.
