Amazon unveils Alexa Swallowed Smart Air Monitor

Amazon has announced the Amazon Smart Air Quality Monitor, a smart air monitor with an Alexa voice assistant.

This product is a smart home product equipped with various sensors to check the air condition, enabling voice assistant notifications and interworking with home appliances. In fact, Amazon is strengthening its smart home products overseas, and recently launched a smart plug, a smart soap dispenser, and a smart thermometer.

Smart Air Quality Monitor enables indoor monitoring of carbon monoxide and particulate matter, humidity, temperature and volatile organic compounds. When it detects that the air is dirty, the level of air pollution is displayed with an LED lamp. In addition, you can check the air condition through the Alexa app on your smartphone.

By connecting Alexa-related devices, you can know the room temperature by voice from the speaker, and smart displays such as Echo Show can visually indicate the air condition. It is also appealing that 70% of the body material is recycled plastic and 91% of the packaging uses wood fibers and recycled materials. The product will be released in December.
