When Tesla announced the Cybertruck with a clever design in 2019, the electric ATV Cyberquad was also introduced on the podium. Cyberquad will be offered as a Cybertruck option, but a YouTuber who is a Tesla fan made Cyberquad DIY.
The YouTube channel (Rich Rebuilds), which made the Cyberquad DIY, has previously released a video of self-repairing the Tesla Model S. The video shows the assembly of a self-made Cyberquad by combining an electric motorcycle engine and a battery to the Raptor 700R, a Yamaha ATV purchased from the Facebook Marketplace.
The self-made ATV, named Starscream, brilliantly reproduces the angled front body cover that is characteristic of Cyberquad. Not only does it run stably, but it also has an acceleration of 4.2 seconds to zero and a cruising distance.
