Artificial waves for surfing in Australia

SURF LAKE is an artificial wave lake for surfing that produces artificial waves of up to five species. Built in Queensland, Australia, the bowl-shaped body moves up and down in the middle of Australia, creating a wave that can be enjoyed by professionals as well as beginners in four directions.

Of course, because it is not seawater, buoyancy may be insufficient, but the body seems to have no big problem by moving strongly up and down. The machine is said to generate 2,400 waves per hour. For more information, please click here .
