Amazon Web Services AWS, Amazon’s cloud service, unveiled the Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB), a block chaining service (BaaS).
The AMB, released on April 30 (local time), allows users to build their own block-chain network, which enables them to use Etherium and Hyper Leisure open source.
According to Amazon, AMB allows users to develop their networks faster and cheaper, eliminating the need for hardware installation, software installation, access control certificate creation and management, and network configuration. The AMB handles both node setup and network configuration, certificate and security management, and network expansion.
According to AWS, AT & T, Nestle and the Singapore Stock Exchange are already implementing AMB. Amazon was the first to announce this service in November of last year and Amazon Quantum Leisure Database QLDB (Amazon Quantum Ledger Database) was also announced.
QLDB is a ledger database designed to provide cryptographically verifiable transaction records with transparency and consistency. A trusted central authority conducts transaction record management. Combined with QLDB, AMB allows for user-scaleable block-chain network coordination and management. It also expands automatically according to individual app needs, invites new users to the certificate management network, and tracks information such as computing memory storage space usage and usage.
