Jetman Dubai pilot Vincent Lepe, flying in the sky with four jetpacks and carbon fiber wings on his back, unveiled the performance of flying up to 1,800m above Dubai at once. Until now, all Jetman flights have taken off like jumping from high places. However, this is the first time I have risen from a flat land with nothing.
Lepe rose to the highest altitude in 30 seconds, then flew at a maximum of 240 km/h and performed aerobatic flight for 3 minutes, such as spinning, and then spread a parachute down to the ground. For the realization of this performance, Lefe is said to have prepared enough, such as performing more than 50 practice flights, installing a safety system, and performing more than 100 take-off and landing training.
He said he was pleased to make a great flight. The Jetman team’s next goal is to get off the ground without using a parachute. In this video, it will not take much time to achieve the goal as it contains the appearance of landing before flying into the sky. Related information can be found here .
