LG Table 2nd Generation Dual Screen Phone’V60 ThinQ 5G’ Released

The V60 ThinQ 5G is a new dual-screen smartphone announced by LG Electronics.

This product is equipped with a sub-display and a dedicated cover so that two screens can be used. It looks like a portable game console like the Nintendo DS. In addition to simply displaying two apps separately, one display can be changed to a virtual controller to improve game operability, or support apps such as Chrome, YouTube, and Google Maps can treat two screens as one large screen.

Basic performance is better than the previous model. Equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, CPU performance is increased by 25% and GPU performance is increased by 25% compared to the previous 855, and AI performance is doubled to 15TOPS. As stated earlier, the dual display is compatible with the game, and the basic performance improvement helps to enjoy the game comfortably. The display is 6.8-inch AMOLED for both the main and the secondary, and the resolution is 2460×1080. The RAM is 8GB and the battery capacity is 5,000mAh.

The camera has a standard 64 million pixel f1.8, 0.8 μm, a view angle of 78 degrees, a 13 million pixel wide angle f1.9, 1.0 μm, and 117 degrees. It also supports 8K, 24-frame video recording.

This product supports 5G. Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X55 modem. Other network support is WiFi IEEE802.11ac, ax and Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, USB Type C. Biometrics adopted a fingerprint sensor on the screen. The size is 169.3×77.6×8.9mm per screen, and it weighs 214g. This product is expected to be released globally.
