This survey was conducted online in the United States with 2,076 adults in the United States from June 21 to 23, 2021. Of these, 1,167 said they had played an online multiplayer game within the past year, and 1010 said they had played a cross-platform game that could be multiplayed across multiple platforms within the past year. 77% of gamers, that is, 3 out of 4 said that in order to build a safer online gaming environment, solutions to reduce harmful behaviors are needed, and 35% of the total agree strongly.
