Amazon Introduces AR App Using Cardboard for Delivery

Amazon has announced a new augmented reality app, Amazon Augmented Reality. The app allows you to handcraft pumpkins into the real world, using cardboard cardboard for delivery on Amazon.

Amazon is introducing the app as a fun way to reuse cardboard for delivery until you’re ready to throw it in the trash. A pumpkin is printed on the side of the cardboard for delivery, and you can freely draw your eyes and mouth on this pumpkin. The coloring should be done with black magic, and the part painted black is digitally engraved on the pumpkin.

Then, when you run the dedicated app and read the drawn pumpkin directly into the camera, the augmented reality pumpkin is summoned. Pumpkin can be freely designated. You can also change the color or overlap the human face. If you don’t have the cardboard with pumpkins on hand, you can download them and print them. Related information can be found here .
