Walk freely on the metaverse… virtual reality walking controller

The KAT WALK mini S is a virtual reality walking controller that allows you to walk freely on the metaverse.

The bottom part is thin, like a large plate, vibrating but stationary. It is similar to the existing model Cartwork Mini. The feeling of using the existing product was that it was possible to move in the virtual space by wearing shoes with low friction and sliding the foot on the floor with the sensor. It moves by lifting the hind leg off the floor, lifting the thigh, landing the foot on the heel, and lifting the hind leg off the floor.

The Cartwalk Mini S is optimized to support biomechanical patterns and human gait. It has a compact size without a device to be hung on the body, and the installation area of 1m ² is sufficient. The price of the Cartwalk Mini S is yet to be determined, but the previous model was $4,500. Related information can be found here.
