Zentracker is a free mobile app that enables instant multi-track recording anytime, anywhere, introduced by Roland, an electronic musical instrument manufacturer. It was released on October 20th for iOS and Android.
Composers usually use a PC or DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) for composing work. But it’s not the home or studio that comes up with impressive phrases or loop ideas, and there are many more. This is where ZenTracker can help.
The number of tracks is 4 by default, but you can freely add more. In addition, 200 types of loops and 16 effects are available as presets. There are also bit matching and looping functions. Songs you create can be saved to Microsoft One Drive, and Google Drive will also support it.
ZenTracker is basically free to use, but additional features such as effects and loops can be unlocked by subscribing to a Roland Cloud subscription. You may also need a combination of mixers to get the most out of this app. Related information can be found here.
