Latin American Mark Amazon “Codec Ads”

Mercado Livre, Latin America’s largest e-commerce company, banned password-related advertising on its Web site.

This is known to advertisers who have received emails from Mercado Libre’s policy notice. The new policy calls for the deletion of keyword search ads related to digital currencies, and after March 19 (local time), ads that violate the policy are automatically removed from the platform.

Mercado Libre says it can be subject to deletion by eavesdropping on passwords and gaming prepaid card advertisements via e-mail.

Mercado Libre is not well known in the country, but in Latin America it outperformed the global ecommerce company Amazon. In early March, the company sold its common stock to paypal, a payment network company, to sign a $ 750 million investment contract.

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
