Starbucks has begun offering Impossible Food’s Impossible Breakfast Sandwich with artificial meat sausages as part of its summer menu in the United States. According to Starbucks, you consume 22 grams of protein for each sandwich made with Ciabatta bread topped with cheddar cheese on a vegetable-based Impossible Sausage.
Starbucks previously offered the same menu in Canada with Impossible Food’s competitor Beyond Meet. Of course, it is not clear why in the United States, it has partnered with Impossible Foods. In any case, Starbucks said it will contribute to the goal of becoming a company that is advantageous for eco-friendly menu resources in order to meet growing customer demand in addition to this sustainability initiative.
