Oculus co-founder Nate Mitchell, who left Facebook in August 2019, founded a new game production studio, Mountaintop Studios.
He has already hired a creator from Epic Games and a concept artist for The Last Of Us Part 2 in Nutty Dog. Mitchell said the new company will focus on online gaming and will build a multiplayer game. Also, first of all, it is recruiting manpower with the goal of increasing the number of employees to 50.
Of course, there is no information about the debut work. Mitchell said he had begun sailing, but so far there are only five full-time members, and there is no specific information on the work until at least 2021. He says he will build a studio that puts a cooperative and diverse, comprehensive team first. Related information can be found here .
