Pudu Robotics is a food delivery robot developer based in Shenzhen, China. Pudu Robotics also attracted a $15 million Series B investment from Meituan, a Beijing food service group, on July 1 (local time).
Pudu Robotics describes itself as a smart delivery robot company. Most of the products are for food service. Several robots that serve dishes and retrieve dishes are all indoors. It is not a robot to respond to delivery apps, but is designed for various purposes within buildings such as hotels, restaurants, and office buildings.
Pudu Robotics announced that in June, when the Corona 19 situation was in full swing, hundreds of units were introduced into hospitals in China and Korea. So far, it is said that Pudu Robotics robots have been introduced in 200 cities in 20 countries.
