Impossible Food, a challenge to develop vegetable milk

Impossible Foods is challenging the development of vegetable milk following artificial vegetable meat. It is not like soy milk, but aims to be close to real milk. Like Impossible Burger, artificial milk can be vegetable protein, and the goal is to make it possible to use it as an existing recipe as a cooking ingredient using milk.

Impossible Burgers preserve the original meat taste and texture, but one of the main objectives is to help counter global warming by reducing the demand for livestock and reducing greenhouse gases caused by livestock farming because they do not use animal ingredients. Of course, it is not yet known when the milk under development by Impossible Food will be completed. However, it is important to note that if such milk appears, Impossible Foods may introduce vegetable cheeseburgers based on artificial milk. Related information can be found here .

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
