It comes with real vegetable artificial milk

Impossible Foods announced that it is developing Impossible Milk, an artificial vegetable milk.

Recently, in addition to soy milk, many products named as milk such as coconut milk, almond milk, and oat milk are sold. Some people prefer this alternative milk over milk, while others say that there is no substitute for the real milk flavor. Impossible Food is trying to make an alternative milk that is close to real milk.

Impossible Burger, made by Impossible Food, was a product that exudes the feeling of real meat, such as a liquid that looks like real blood when cooked. Impossible Milk, an artificial milk developed by Impossible Food, is milk made from vegetable protein. It is said that a prototype based on raw materials has already been completed. Impossible Milk is said to have already achieved a creamy taste with a hue close to real milk. Existing artificial vegetable milk had a brown hue like coffee milk, and compared to Impossible Milk, it was far from real milk.

Impossible Milk aims to make the shape and taste look real, and even if it is given a warm liquid, it does not coagulate and can foam like real milk. In fact, hot coffee is poured and the existing artificial vegetable milk is precipitated, but Impossible Milk is foamy like real milk. Also, in Impossible Milk, the entire liquid has a gradation-like color, which is darker, but not separated.

Impossible Foods has successfully raised $700 million from January to October and announced that it will double the number of R&D personnel by October 2021 to expand technology investment. It can be said as a part of expanding the company’s lineup, such as developing Impossible Milk.

Impossible Foods aims to reduce the carbon dioxide produced by the livestock industry, and will continue to develop artificial foods to replace the existing livestock industry. Related information can be found here .
