BOLA WRAP is a new restraint gadget. Instead of shooting a gun, it is a weapon that wraps the opponent around with an ejected bullet-proof material. The Los Angeles Police Department began training police officers with this product in January 2020.
The Bola Lab has a safety device, and when it is released, a two-step safety device is adopted. In addition, in laser irradiation, Kevlar strings with weights on both sides are shot at a speed of 156 m/sec, aiming at the opponent from 3 to 8 m in front, and flying at 82 m/sec. The length of the string is 2.4m, and it is wound around the opponent 1 to 3 times.
There are many ways to catch a suspect or dangerous person, but Bola Lab can be simple and effective. Another advantage is that even if the opponent falls down by wrapping their legs, it ends with abrasions or minor injuries. Related information can be found here.
