“Meatless hamburger?” Burger King Impossible Burger

Burger King is selling Impossible Whopper, an impervious food similar to beef, that uses smell, texture and taste instead of animal ingredients, on April 1, 2006 in St. Louis, Missouri. Once the trial is successfully completed, Burger King will offer an Impossible Wiper at every store in the United States.

Impossible Food is located in Silicon Valley, USA. In 2016, it invented ImpaSableFood, a soybean-based protein made from meat-flavoring protein and a vegetable-like, meat-like food. Impossible food looks like a dripping red blood as if it looks like a cross section. Burger King’s Impossible Wafers, which used this same impresable food, were 15 percent less fat than normal wafers and 90 percent less cholesterol.

Of course, it is ridiculous to worry about. Burger King released a video that showed that consumers who ate the Impossible Wafers did not know the difference in taste at all. Burger King said the hamburger with vegetable ingredients has a health benefit and aims to reduce reliance on livestock farming, which produces greenhouse gases and other things, from producing vegetarian food. I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
