Tile, an anti-lost and found tag, has announced that it will support the Google Assistant.
Of course, Tile originally supports the Google Assistant. When you call the Google Voice Assistant and ask to make a sound with a tile, the tile makes a sound. However, this was only possible if the smartphone was within the tiled Bluetooth range.
Google Assistant support, which was announced this time, supports Direct ring technology, so even if you don’t have a smartphone, you can make a sound directly when you talk through Google Home. This feature is expected to be released in the second half of this year. With this feature, if you’re in the house but don’t know where it is, you can easily find the tile even without a smartphone.
