At Google for Nigeria, an annual event for Africa in Nigeria, Google unveiled Gallery Go, a lightweight offline Google Photos app.
Of course, Google Photos can be convenient, but you need an internet connection to enjoy this convenience. Therefore, it is not a good app to use in areas where the line connection is unstable or expensive. In contrast, Gallery Go, which was introduced this time, has the same basic functions as Google Photos, but all functions can be used offline. In addition to photo editing, it also supports automatic organizing of people or places by category. You can also copy images to an SD card or, conversely, easily import photos from an SD card.
However, since photos are stored locally, there is no function to capture or backup Google Photos photos. This means that it can only be used offline, not offline. Gallery Go is expected to be installed on the itel S15 smartphone, a mobile brand mainly in Africa. Related information can be found here .
