When someone comes in front of the desk, it automatically switches the PC screen?

Daytripper’s Hide-My-Windows Laser Tripwire is a sensor kit that detects people’s movements and automatically hides applications or websites that seem unrelated to work.

The kit consists of an STMicroelectronics VL53L0X laser ToF transmitter to help detect motion and two receivers to receive information from the transmitter as radio signals. It connects to the PC USB port and automatically inputs keyboard shortcuts and user-defined scripts.

With this sensor, you only have to decide how to place the rest in a strategic location. Since the sensor responds only within a range of 1.2m, the space around the desktop or the seat next to it must be considered. Also, as it has a 5GHz scan speed, there is a possibility that a person in a hurry will arrive before the sensor.

The product is available as a buildable kit for $60. By installing a sensor, you can change the screen on your own so that you can respond without being disturbed by your boss or coworker who suddenly appeared. Related information can be found here .

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
