Pringles, a potato chip maker, introduced a Hunger Hammer that can automatically eat Pringles by connecting to a gaming headset in cooperation with Gears 5, a popular Xbox game title.
This product is made with a 3D printer and is optimized for laser headsets. When the Pringles bucket is mounted on the headset, the potato chips are automatically moved to the corner of the mouth using an electric arm little by little. It’s like an April Fool’s Day item, but Pringles says it’s a prototype in beta testing, and there are reactions that it’s thought that it’s really being developed.
Of course, it is an item to keep the game focused and the serious disadvantage is that the noise is too loud. The motor noise may summon gamers to the real world at once. Action triggers can be done by pressing the start button on the console or remote control, but it would have been better if this could have been resolved with voice commands.
Pringles used three famous Twitter gamers (Criken, DexBonus, and Strippin) to perform a Hanger Hammer beta test while playing Gears 5 for several weeks. Of course, if you use this product, you may find a drink due to the salivation effect of salt and potatoes. Anyway, it’s a fun idea for gamers who get bored. Related information can be found here .
