Ghibli movie digital transmission begins

American film distributor GKIDS has announced that digital delivery of Ghibli Studio films will begin in December. The world’s first digital download of all Ghibli movies. Target countries are the United States and Canada.

You can choose between English and Japanese languages, and you can watch them on major platforms such as Apple TV, Amazon, Google Play, PlayStation, Xbox, and Pantago Now. Delivery start date is December 17th. The price is $20 per piece, and 6 cents of popular works, including Howl’s Moving Castle, Kiki’s Delivery Service, My Neighbor Totoro, Ponyo on the Cliff, Princess Princess, and Chihiro’s Missing, are sold for $100.
