Gomi is a portable battery made by a British design company of the same name by recovering plastic that cannot be reused before disposal. The company has already used recycled materials for Bluetooth speakers and tables in the same way.

Plastics marked for recycling can be reused after recovery. However, some are not recycled, so they are incinerated or landfilled. What Gomi collects is a disposable cup, plastic tableware or food container used for plastic bags, air packing, yogurt, etc. These plastics are melted and made through a process.
Recycled plastic comes from the food wholesale industry in the Sussex region and is limited, but eco-friendly effects can be expected. The portable battery made from recycled plastic has a capacity of 12,000mAh. The project also raised funds through Kickstarter, a crowdfunding site. Related information can be found here .
