Danish e-bike joins hands with fashion brands

Danish electric bike manufacturer MATE and French fashion brand MONCLER introduced a limited edition electric bike series called Genius 2020.

The Genius 2020 is divided into two models equipped with 1000W and 250W hub motors. Mate is a startup founded by brothers and sisters in 2016 and is producing foldable electric bicycles in the same shape as this model. A waterproof color display is attached to the steering wheel to indicate mileage, speed, weight, and battery level. In addition, theft prevention and stolen vehicle tracking functions are also included through 4G.

The 1000W model MATE X 1000S Genius Edition supports 4G connection, has a 48V, 17,5Ah battery, has a range of 110km and a top speed of 52km/h. In addition, the 250W model MATE X 250 Genius Edition can run 110km at a top speed of 42km/h using the same rechargeable battery.

These products are available in two colors, white and deep black, and the Mate and Munclair text logos are printed on the frame. In addition, when it is folded, the battery is removed from the frame.
