Tesla also said he plans to introduce a cut-in technique that automatically trains driving in the surrounding vehicle behavior. When the computer attempts to take action such as changing the lane of the surrounding vehicle while driving in a mode called shadow mode, it detects the situation and records the operation of the vehicle.
