Google, TikTok and Instagram videos in search results

Google has begun testing to include TikTok and Instagram videos in search results in Android and iOS apps. Although it has not been officially announced, it acknowledges that it is currently being tested on mobile devices.

However, the search target under test or the word itself is still limited to specific words. When you search by target word, TikTok and Instagram videos are displayed in the Short Video category, separate from the YouTube video search results.

Tap a video here to open a browser and play the video for each service. The advantage is that you don’t have to open the app one by one, but you can expect the advantage that Google does not leave its own service.

Google has included other platform information in search results. In addition to YouTube videos, in 2015, they partnered with Twitter to include them in search results. It is not known whether the search results of TikTok and Instagram are officially affiliated with the two companies or are displayed as open information on the Internet. Anyway, if it is officially released, there will be a separate announcement. Related information can be found here .

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
