With a 144Hz display… Motorola unveils three Edge 20 series

Motorola released three models of the Motorola edge 20 series of 5G smartphones in the global market on July 29 (local time). The Edge 20 series is a family series specialized in design, camera and display.

All of the displays are equipped with 6.7-inch OLED displays and support HDR10+. Except for light, it is driven with a high refresh rate of 144Hzz. Although the number of pixels of the main camera is 108 million pixels, there is a difference in resolution and frame rate when shooting video.

The edge 20 Pro, the upper model, adopts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870, and the rear camera is capable of 5x optical zoom and the front camera is capable of taking 32-megapixel selfies. The USB Type-C terminal supports USB 3.1 and DisplayPort 1.4, so external display output is also possible. The price is 699 euros.

The basic model, Edge 20, is equipped with a Snapdragon 778G, has a 3x optical zoom, and weighs 163g, which is one of the lightest smartphones out there. The price is 499 euros.

In the case of the Edge 20 Lite, the display refresh rate is 90Hz, but it is still a fast enough axis. The chipset is Mediatek Dimensionsinti 720, and the battery capacity is the largest of 5,000mAh.
