Twitch announced on August 10 that it is changing its operational policy to include the reason for suspension, the content infringed, and the date of the violation in the enforcement notice sent to suspended users.
Twitch has so far only indicated which rules were being violated when an account was suspended for violating the policy, not which content was violated. Therefore, users who received a notice of violation had to start by finding out which content was violating.
Twitch has often been a hot topic for notices of violations of copyrighted music use, but so far it has become somewhat easier to respond given that it has not been clear which content is violating so far. However, Twitch is streaming, and it is not uncommon for content to reach several hours even when archived. It is difficult to find and correct violations among these, so the content may be deleted.
