Oculus Announces Virtual Meeting Room Open Beta

Oculus has announced the open beta of Horizon Workrooms, a virtual meeting room that allows teams to collaborate and communicate seamlessly. The app can be downloaded for free from Oculus Quest 2.

The Horizon Workroom is a virtual meeting room where people working remotely can get together. You can share ideas using the whiteboard, and the content you type on the keyboard is entered like a virtual keyboard in a virtual meeting room, and you can take notes during a meeting or check files in hand. Whiteboard contents can be left as is if needed, and can be printed out as images on your PC at any time.

In addition, people who do not have a virtual reality headset can participate in the virtual space via video call. The meeting room capacity is up to 16 people in virtual reality, and up to 50 people in case of video calls.

The Horizon Workroom service is free to use, but requires a Workroom account separate from your Oculus or Facebook account. Related information can be found here.

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
