Blue Origin continues to leak talent?

Jeff Bezos, who recently enjoyed space travel, seems to have quite a bit of anxiety about his space company, Blue Origin. According to reports, the outflow of talent from Blue Origin does not stop.

The person who left Blue Origin was Nitin Arora, who first led the lunar landing project at the company. There is also Lauren Lyons, who announced her retirement in July. She took over as COO of Firefly Aerospace. In addition, at least 17 people have retired in recent months, including former NASA astronaut Jeff Ashby and New Shepard launcher Steve Bennet.

When Blue Origin lost to SpaceX in the signing of the contract for Artemis, a NASA lunar landing project, SpaceX eventually took over the entire budget of the $2.9 billion manned lunar landing project. Of course, Blue Origin has sued NASA, but the outcome remains unknown.

In any case, in response to this report, Blue Origin said that the company is growing rapidly, adding 850 employees in 2020 alone and 650 new employees this year. It said it is hiring key leaders in manufacturing and quality control, engine design and rocket design.
