GoPro Quick supports unlimited backups for subscribers

GoPro, best known for its action cams, has started offering cloud backups with unlimited original quality for paid users of its editing app Quik.

This cloud backup feature, added by Quick, allows you to back up all photos and videos sent to an app-only feed called Mural or simply to your smartphone’s camera roll or Messages app to the cloud in original quality.

Google Photos is famous for its video and photo cloud storage function, but Google Photos has already ended high-quality unlimited uploads. You’ll need to upgrade to Google One or iCloud to take advantage of the larger storage capacity.

Although the Quick Cloud backup service is limited to photos and videos, it can be cheaper than other cloud storage services if you limit its use. However, as the unlimited capacity cloud service is an area that is subject to frequent modifications, it is not recommended to be vigilant. Quick is releasing the feature for Android and iOS.
