Large passenger plane with 6 wings “CO2 and fuel consumption drop”

A large passenger plane flying in the sky was equipped with two wings. However, if the number is increased to six, it is said that fuel consumption can be reduced by 70% and carbon dioxide emissions by 80%. The SE200, designed by SE Aeronautics based in Alabama, USA, has a payload of 31.75 tons and can carry 264 crew members. Because of its good fuel efficiency, it can travel 16,994 km without replenishment.

It is said that it is a specification that does not reuse the cabin air and always allows fresh air to pass through, while the seat is comfortable and does not disturb the people in the back seat. A number of other innovations are included in the passenger plane, such as an efficient engine mounted on a sturdy monocoque body, a fuel tank installed on the ceiling, a short take-off and landing distance, and the ability to ascend to a height of 914 m in one minute.

The SE200 is still in the concept stage, but it would be quite attractive if a huge airliner could reduce fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions by attaching six wings. Related information can be found here.
