Hali-Pyo electric motorcycle ‘Live Wire One’

LiveWire, the Harley Davidson electric motorcycle brand, has announced the brand’s first model, the LiveWire One. It is a setting that raises the usability and lowers the price compared to the previous one.

LiveWire One is priced at $21,999. Electric vehicle purchase subsidies in the United States can be purchased for less than $20,000. Considering that the original model cost $29,799 to purchase, this is quite affordable.

LiveWire One, which can be said to be a low-cost version of LiveWire, has increased its cruising range from 177km to 235km, greatly improving convenience. However, it is assumed that this range will decrease driving on highways where electricity costs tend to deteriorate.

This range improvement appears to be due to increased battery capacity, but the LiveWire brand has yet to disclose the LiveWire One technical specifications. Charging time is as short as 60 minutes using a DC quick charger when the battery is empty, and can be recovered to 80% in 45 minutes. What’s more, the LiveWire One features traction control and a six-axis measuring device for ABS.

Orders for LiveWire One are starting in the US. However, currently, only 12 stores, including California, Texas, and New York, are allowed to sell Live Wire. The supply chain relationship is also unknown, but LiveWire will be available at many retailers in the future. Related information can be found here.
