Voice social network Clubhouse has announced Replay, a feature that allows you to play back conversations in public rooms later.
The clubhouse, which was originally introduced as an invitation-only SNS, but became available for anyone to register with the official version last July, was not able to record conversations in the original room, so it was just aired. Meanwhile, there were also frequent violations of the rules, such as recording conversations with external devices such as recorders and posting them on external sites.
In this replay, creators can choose to record public room conversations on/off. Recorded conversations can be played back by anyone at a later time. It can also be said to be a combination of live broadcasting and podcast.
The replay feature also takes advantage of the link pinning feature that was released a few weeks ago. In the link pin fixing, the creator can change the favorite room top link, but it is also possible to change the link after the broadcast by automatically changing the link at the time of broadcasting in the replay.
Other features with Replay include skip to next speaker, check participants, download creator conversations, check number of participants, and more. Related information can be found here.
