Advanced e-motorcycle running at 400km

Ethec is an electric motorcycle created by the students of the Zurich University of Technology (ETH Zurich) and Zurich University of Arts students. The motorcycle is equipped with a 15kWh lithium-ion battery that, when charged for one hour, can travel up to 400km in 1,260 cells. The motors are said to have solved the air as well as the Peltier cooling system.

The motorcycle added a motor to both front and rear wheels. In addition, the AWD has a regenerative brake that converts energy into electricity when decelerating the front wheels when driving two wheels. It focuses on efficient energy use as a whole, and it also has a regenerative brake. The battery and regenerative brakes are controlled by the operating system, and various driving information can be checked through the 7-inch touch screen. The Bluetooth transmitter that you put in your pocket also acts as a key. If you have a key, press the button next to the screen once to move the motor. It is an electric motorcycle that focuses on the high efficiency required by sophisticated design and future mobility. For more information, please click here .
