Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the Russian House of Representatives Financial Markets Committee, cautioned that the central bank is considering issuing a 1: 1 exchangeable stablecoin as a state-issued cipher.
In a radio interview, Aksakov said that if the Russian government supports the currency, it will be linked to the ruble of the legal currency. It will be a structure that will be issued as a stigmall code, a kind of cipher, using a block-chain technique at a ratio of 1: 1 to the rubles taken in a bank account.
According to another report, this cipher is issued by the central bank. Mr. Aksakov pointed out that the future will be devastated because no underlying assets exist for the cipher money coin and etherium in October.
Of course, even in Russia, government-led issuance of passwords has been talked about several times, but the specific schedule is still unknown. Comments on the virtualization ruble have been steadily emerging since January this year. The Russian cipher and block-chain federation, RACIB, has said that the government’s cryptography will come out in the middle of 2019, but recently Putin’s adviser said there is no progress on the plan.
