Bahrain BIBF “Block Chain Academy Opens”

BIBF (The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance) announced that it will open its first block-chain academy in Bahrain on November 26 (local time).

BIBF was established in Bahrain in 1981 with the approval of the Vocational Training Advisory Committee, which provides financial education programs. Block Chain Academy offers a block-chain professional certification program. The program is developed by MyLearning Key, an educational company based in BIBF and Dubai, It is said that it aims at nurturing expert to acquire BP.

C | BP certification consists of three parts for block chain technology development and introduction strategy. BIBF expects to be able to respond to the growing demand for block chain experts with technology by introducing the block chain professional qualification. The purpose of this new strategy is to support companies or organizations adopting new technologies such as block chains.

The Bahraini government mentioned the importance of blocking chain technology and the need for cyber security measures in September.
