Thailand Stock Exchange opens digital asset platform

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) plans to open a digital asset platform in 2020. It is part of a three-year plan from 2019 to 2021.

According to the SET, the capital market will experience a transition to the digital age in two areas. One is the complete digitization of the capital market to provide documentation services and the other is to build a new ecosystem that supports digital assets for investment climate innovation.

SET has already begun preparing for a new digital asset ecosystem, and emphasizes that such preparations will be a turning point in raising the Thai capital market to the next level.

Thailand said in January that the Thai Securities Association ASC is planning to apply for licenses to the Treasury Department to establish a cryptographic exchange. According to SET’s plan, members of the association will participate in SET’s new cryptographic exchange. In February, the SEC’s securities regulatory authority approved the first ICO portal to conduct ICO review, due diligence, smart contract audit and identity verification procedures. Through the monthly AHC PC and HowPC magazine era, he has watched 'technology age' in online IT media such as ZDNet, electronic newspaper Internet manager, editor of Consumer Journal Ivers, TechHolic publisher, and editor of Venture Square. I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
