DIY laptop kit for kids made by Microsoft

Kano PC is an 11.6-inch touch screen notebook DIY assembly kit equipped with Windows 10 S, which was introduced by education startup Kano and Microsoft.

Looking at the specifications of this product, the Intel Atom x5-Z8350 quad-core processor operating at 1.44GHz has 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage space, and a microSD card, along with a headphone jack, microphone input, and two USB ports. Of course, it also supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

As this product is a self-made PC kit for children, it comes with textbooks such as an illustration book that explains step-by-step how to make and assemble, and a dedicated app to learn the computer structure. It also came with a textbook version of Minecraft and Microsoft Paint 3D software. By assembling all the hardware, you can learn to code as it is.

The price is $299.99. It will be released in the US, Canada and the UK. Related information can be found here .
