Dog-shaped robot spot seen in advertising video

Boston Dynamics’ SpotMini was said to be producing 1,000 units a year after July 2019, the year after the company entered SoftBank. However, they actually showed a video that felt like a TV commercial for sale.

The name was changed from Spot Mini to Spot. According to the video description, Spot is an agile mobile robot that can be customized for a variety of applications. The basic version provides 360 degree obstacle avoidance capability, various levels of navigation, remote control and autonomy when moving on rough terrain. Spot can also be customized by adding special sensors, software and other payloads. Early purchasers are already ensuring safety by conducting remote inspections on construction sites, gas, oil, and power facilities.

Spot is said to have been testing only in four areas: construction and delivery, security, and home assistant. Related information can be found here .

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
