Philips Hue showed off outdoor lighting. In addition, the Syncbox software update beta was also released accordingly.
Philips launched the Play HDMI Sync Box so that users can easily synchronize smart lights and TVs without connecting to a PC. Of course, until now, Syncbox did not support voice commands for the voice assistant function, and you had to open the Hue Sync app to change settings. However, with a software update in the spring, Syncbox users will be able to voice control their devices with Google Assistant, Alexa, Siri, and more. Not all settings can be changed by voice, but three important functions are available: turning on and off lighting synchronization, switching HDMI input, and switching various lighting modes.
It also officially adds the Zone function. The Zone feature allows users to group specific sets of Hue lights regardless of the installation location, giving users fine-grained control, rather than organizing multiple lights for each room. In addition, accessories such as smart buttons and hue switches are available, so you can set up multiple light control switches.
Philips also showed off outdoor lighting. The wall-mounted Appear for $140, the Lily XL spotlight for $140, and the Hue Econic low-voltage pedestal version for $130. All colors support white gradation and color, and the Apier is installed in the doorway, such as a door, and the rest of the products are installed in the aisle or passage direction.
