Beyond Meat, which recently announced that it will supply vegetable hamburger patties to McDonald’s from 2021, announced two new hamburger patties. One is that Beyond Meat is called the highest juice ever, and it has 35% less saturated fatty acid than regular beef, 80% lean meat and 20% fat. More health-conscious consumers may choose a combination that is 55% less saturated fatty acids than the same beef.
All of these products are almost no different from real beef. It contains vitamin B and minerals and has lower calories than beef. Beyond Meat’s side is emphasizing that you can expect the authentic taste.
In the U.S., this new Beyond Burger will be released in early 2021. Also, in LA, a reservation event for free samples of new artificial meat was held between November 18 and 20. In the U.S., Beyond Meat and Impossible Food are fighting a fierce battle to open the market for artificial vegetable meat. Competition between the two companies may sooner or later appear as vegetable meat with a taste, texture, and chewy taste that is no different from the real thing.
