If you eat potato chips while watching YouTube, the sound of chewing chips is so loud that it interferes with watching the video. However, as a solution to this, when sound is detected, there is a Chrome extension that allows you to automatically select subtitles on YouTube.
Crispy Subtitles from Lay’s, introduced by potato chip maker Lay’s, was created by a design studio based in Vietnam (Bliss Interactive and Happiness Saigon) and is provided by manufacturer Reyes.
According to the designer who developed this feature, when people around the world record 178 hours of eating potato chips, use that data to build a machine learning model, install an extension plug-in to play YouTube videos, and access the Chrome tab, which automatically plays an optional subtitle. Is that you can turn on.
In addition to potato chips, this extension works well with other snacks such as corn, nuts, crackers, and corn chips. Related information can be found here.
