Electric Assist Bike Announced by MV Agusta

MV Agusta, a traditional Italian bicycle manufacturer, has entered the e-mobility field and announced the Amo series of electric assist bicycles. MV Agusta is also planning to launch an electric skate scooter.

The AMO series electric assist function can be controlled with a button switch mounted on the handle, so that the assist level selection can be processed with one button from the power supply. The frame is made of aluminum alloy and the front fork is made of carbon. The motor is equipped with a 250W MAHLE ebikemotion x35. Those sold in the EU are supported up to a top speed of 25 km/h, and in other regions, it is adjusted according to country-specific regulations.

The battery capacity is 250Wh, and it can travel up to 75km on a single charge. It is the Gates Carbon Belt Drive that transmits the force from the pedel to the tire. The braking system is Male hydraulic disc brakes, the tires are Pirelli, and the weight is 15.5 kg.
