Infinite flyable drones

Students of the National University of Singapore have developed an autonomous unmanned drones that can be floated over the sky with solar panels.

It looks like a magic carpet flapping and flying. The reason why we can fly like this is because we used structure made of carbon fiber material and ultra light silicon solar panel. There are 148 solar panels and four rotors. Nevertheless, the weight is only 2.6kg. The surface area is 4m2, and it can fly to 10m above the ground through autonomous flight.

This drones do not rely on batteries like regular drones, so if you have sunlight you can keep on flying for hours. Unlike normal Quadcopter drones, flight time is not limited. It can be controlled through a remote control, as well as autonomous flight using GPS. This drone can be used for a variety of purposes, such as photographing and shooting images using sunlight in places like disaster areas. For more information, please click here .

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
