80 years ago revived monster machine EV

Vision EQ Silver Arrow is an electric vehicle concept model announced by Mercedes-Benz during the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, a car event that has been held in Pebble Beach, California since the 1950s.

This concept car was inspired by the model released in 1937, the W125. The W125 is a monster machine that achieved a record of over 300 km / h during racing and achieved 432.7 km / h in 1938 after remodeling. The W125, which also won the nickname “Sealer Arrow” from an unpainted aluminum body, was named the Vision EQ Silver Arrow by the Mercedes EV professional brand EQ.

Vision EQ Silver Arrow features a sophisticated retro body design. The body was made of carbon fiber material and was painted with alubeam silver used in Benz AMG. The length is 5.3 meters and each tire uses 168 lightweight aluminum spokes painted in rose gold.

The driver’s seat is like a jet cockpit, with leather seats and steering wheel covers to create a luxurious atmosphere. It can produce 750 horsepower at 55 kW and the continuous mileage is over 400 km. Eighty years ago, I had a nice ride on an electric car. For more information, please click here .

I am curious about this market that is still full of vitality.
