IRobot has acquired Root Robotics, a programming education robot company. As a result, a programming learning robot with an iRobot brand appeared on the market.

I-Robot has been mainly used for cleaning robots such as a room broom, a cleaning robot, a brabar for mopping, and a terra lawn mower. Root robotics is a robot with two drive wheels beneath a round circular body. When the user draws a picture, reads a color, or touches a tablet, it can move along. It also supports structures that can be learned by moving according to sounds and programming. Magnets can also be mounted on the magnetic whiteboard. The programming software provides a three-level programming language developed by the Harvard Business School’s (Wyss Institute).

Zee Dubrovsky, co-founder of Route Robotics, who led the i-Robot educational robot division in the future, said that 4-year-olds can start simple paintings, symbols and route programming to respond to robot movements. Level coding and naturally switching to other features.
